top 5 unique dallas wedding venues
Looking for a place to get married in Dallas? I’ve had so many people ask me about hidden gem venues in Dallas to have a unique wedding not knowing where to start looking and wanting their wedding to be as unique as their love story! And, I get it. There are SO many unique venues. So, today I’m going to share 5 of my hidden gem venues in Dallas! All of them completely different from one another. Yet, each one makes a statement of their own.
Dove Hollow Estate – Longview, TX
Address: 1195 Merrill Lake Rd, Longview, TX 75604
The moment I drove down the driveway into Dove Hollow Estates, I was instantly in awe. Initially, I was drawn in by the large Barn standing right in front with the black chapel peeking through the trees adjacent from the barn. Then, I was greeted warmly by the owners, Madlyn and Natalie, whom are sisters. Dove Hollow Estates is nestled up next to the sister’s parent’s homestead. As they showed me the property, they shared that between the two of them and their family “literal blood, sweat and tears” was poured into building the barn and chapel from every whitewashed board hand painted by the two and the landscape designed and built by their mom. Every single detail in the barn and chapel thoughtfully designed from the accented gold hardware to the gorgeous industrial teardrop glass chandeliers.
From Dove Hollow: “Dove Hollow was designed and created with the realization of the demand for a new and fresh style that meets the needs of the modern bride, but still accommodates the shabby-chic rustic bride. Dove Hollow is a blank slate where couples with different tastes can make the space their own for their special day, and that truly makes this venue stand apart.”
Bella Cavalli Events – Aubrey, TX
Address: 1661 West Sherman Drive, Aubrey, TX 76227
Bella Cavalli Events is one of Dallas’ new and unique wedding venues. Bella Cavalli Events is nestled on 130 acres with stunning views, streams, rolling meadows, open pastures, stunning waterfront views, and beautiful groves of trees. This venue offers a unique experience of horse-drawn carriages with magnificent Friesian horses from the movie “Catching Fire”, private airshows, beer burro donkeys, alpacas, a Camel, and so much more. This venue is an animal lovers dream.
The Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Gardens – Dallas, TX
Address: 8525 Garland Road, Dallas, Texas 75218
It’s no secret that I am obsessed with the Dallas Arboretum. The Arborteum is perfect for any type of wedding from an intimate or lavish affair with 18 different ceremony and 4 reception locations. The unique gardens, charming buildings, and striking Dallas views makes the Dallas Arboretum one of the most unique wedding venues in Dallas.
The Adolphus Hotel – Dallas, TX
Address: 1321 Commerce Street Dallas, Texas 75202
The Adolphus in downtown Dallas is one of my favorite unique venues. The Adolphus Hotel is designed after a grand English manor and Beaux Arts German Castle turning your wedding into a real life fairy-tail. There are so many hidden areas for portraits each with their own vibe. The French Room is one of the most iconic areas that is popular for first looks. Plus, you can easily hit the streets during your portraits to add even more urban flare.
Monroe Pearson – Denton, TX
Address: 421 E. Oak Street, Denton, TX 76201
Last but definitely not least, Monroe Pearson in Denton. This industrial-chic event space has a gorgeous ceremony room, an expansive ballroom and lounge space all under one roof! There are exposed brick walls, skylights, Edison bulb chandeliers and unique furniture. Think speakeasy vibes. Talk about a statement venue to keep your guests talking.
