Bishop Arts District and White Rock Lake Engagement Photos

The minute Sydney and Ben gave me free reign on their engagement session location I knew we had to head to Bishop Arts District! It’s been on my must visit list yet the opportunity never presenting itself until now. And, lemme tell you it did not disappoint.

Bishop Arts District is a hip area located in the heart of North Oak Cliff known for it’s colorful street art, boutiques, coffeeshops, diverse restaurants and bars. It’s such a great location for engagement sessions due to lots of vibrant texture, color, and definitely a unique energy! I am so glad that I was able to experience it for the first time with S+B!

Then, we headed to White Rock Lake to catch the sunset. As always, White Rock Lake did not disappoint. We got so lucky and it was pretty quiet (thankfully). We soaked in every last second of light, photographing, laughing, and poppin’ champagne. I absolutely love when I get to play with different types of light during engagement sessions. It adds such variety and depth to a couples engagement session.
